L E T T E R S :

Dear Mr. Spector:

I was delighted with your rendering of my late husband. There is such confidence in his look and body language. His “artistic hands” and the wonderful expression on his face surrounded by his glorious beard is so well represented. He seems happy surrounded by his caricatures…those linear drawings of people he admired for their special talents.

Thank you for working on this project, it is a brilliant addition to The Players Hall of Fame.

Sincerely,
Louise Kerz Hirschfeld

Hi Joel...

I think your “Al Hirshfeld” portrait stole the show last night! Thank you for such a great portrait, as well as your Jack Lemmon. Both terrific contributions to Players Hall of Fame collection.

Again...many thanks!

Dear Joel,

Ethan and I wanted to thank you so much for your beautiful portrait of Mel. We will enjoy looking at it every time we go to the Players. Also, I have it on my computer. It means a great deal to us.

I hope we will see you and your wife again at the Players in the near future.

With much appreciation and warm regards,

Ann Gussow
